All cards are printed to order. Once an order is placed, it is sent for production. Printing typically begins within 1–3 working days, although this may vary during busy periods. Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once printing has started.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and begin after printing has been completed. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days. This timeframe reflects standard postal delivery expectations but may vary due to external factors beyond our control. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed.

3. Order Status

Once an order has been placed, it is sent for printing and fulfilment. Once your order has been shipped (via Royal Mail) tracking information will be provided by email . 4. Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including printing schedules, postal delays, seasonal demand, or unforeseen circumstances. Addiction Aid UK cannot be held responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.
