We sell printed greeting cards designed to offer encouragement and recognition. All cards are printed to order.
At this time, our cards are sold as shown on the website. Please check product details carefully before ordering.
Colours and finishes may vary slightly between screen displays and printed products. Minor variations are normal within the printing process and do not constitute a fault.
Once an order has been placed and sent for printing, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
All cards are printed to order. Printing typically begins within 1–3 working days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tracking information may be provided by email (via Royal Mail) once your order has been dispatched. If you have concerns about your order or believe it may be delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Because our cards are printed to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, the issue and photographs via email at hello@addictionaiduk.co.uk or alternatively message us our contact page.
