Returns & Refunds Policy
This policy explains how returns and refunds work at Addiction Aid UK
1. Made-to-Order Products
All of our cards are printed to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong item

Incorrect delivery details provided at checkout
Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us via the Contact page within 48 hours days of delivery. When contacting us, please include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photographs showing the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
3. Colour & Print Variations
Please note that minor variations in colour, finish, or print placement are normal with printed products. Differences between how products appear on screen and the final printed item do not constitute a fault and are not eligible for a refund.
4. Missing or Delayed Orders
Delivery times are estimates only. If you believe your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate where possible. Refunds or replacements for delayed orders are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow several working days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
6. Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
